How to use

• Mix 40g (2 tablespoons) with 200-300ml of water or non-dairy milk, or add to a smoothie mix.
• Use within 40 minutes after training and racing to support recovery.
• Use during long, intense training blocks or training periods as recovery support.
• Serve cold and drink one or two servings daily between meals and after exercise.
• Personalise and experiment with different amounts and types of liquid to find the right sweetness and thickness for you.
• This product should not be used as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
• Reseal after opening and store in a cool, dry place.
