Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

If you purchase our products as a consumer, you can return your ordered products if the packing is unbroken and have a non-broken seal. You have to notify us within 30 days of ordering delivery or pick up to make the return. To do so, please send an email to We will send you confirmation of retrieval stating the return address and other information if needed.

The notification to us shall contain the following information:

· The order number

· Your name and contact information.

· Order number and a brief outline of the reason for return.

· Your name and contact information and a specification of the product(s) are to be returned.

No later than fourteen (14) days from the date of notification, you shall return the products to us. You are responsible for the return of the products. This means that the return is at your own expense and that you are liable for any damage to the products during the shipment. Therefore, please make sure that the products are well packed during shipment. Any payments made for products returned by the sections above will be refunded to you. You will also be refunded standard shipping costs (i.e., the cheapest available way of shipping) if you return the whole order (i.e., not only a part of an order). If the returned products are damaged, or the value of the products is reduced in any other way due to your handling of the products, such value reduction will be deducted from the refund.

For products returned by the section above, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive the refund as soon as possible and, at the latest, thirty (30) days after the date we receive the return shipment. The refund will be paid to you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment on the Website unless otherwise agreed.

Defective products will be refunded to you by applicable customer protection legislation. We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, decide if we will send you a new product to replace the defective product or refund you for any payments made for the product. You will also be reimbursed for any shipping costs due to the return of faulty products. The refund will be paid to you within thirty (30) days from when we have received the return shipment. If not otherwise agreed, the refund will be delivered to you with the same payment method that you used to make the payment.

We always strive to comply with any relevant local guidelines given by the national consumer protection authorities regarding defective products.

If you consider a purchased product defected, but we disagree with you in that matter, we have a dispute. To get this dispute heard, you may be entitled to obtain the dispute tried in an alternative dispute resolution if you have bought the products as a consumer.
