What it delivers

Natural berry flavour — light and refreshing; designed to remain palatable across multiple gels and long efforts without sweetness fatigue
Fluid consistency — easy to consume on the move without water
Vegan, natural flavours — no artificial additives
Take 1–2 gels per hour depending on duration and intensity. Can be consumed without water.
Vegan. Informed Sport batch tested. Produced in a GMP-certified facility.
HOW TO USE?
Take 1–2 gels per hour, depending on the duration and intensity of your activity. Can be consumed without water. Stay hydrated throughout your exercise.
WHEN TO USE?
During training or racing. Ideal for efforts lasting over 45 minutes where sustained carbohydrate intake is needed.
WHY DO I NEED THIS?
The Gel 30 delivers 30g of dual-source carbohydrates and 200mg of sodium in a single, easy-to-consume gel. Fewer gels to carry than lower-carb options, with a fluid consistency that works even when your stomach is under stress mid-race.
WHO USES THIS?
Cyclists, runners, triathletes, and endurance athletes looking for a reliable, gut-friendly energy gel during training and racing.
I received a regular drinking bottle, not the Flow bottle with the more flexible plastic and carb markings, which is specifically why I wanted to buy it. I don't want 15% off, I want my money back
Tastes good, & easy to squeeze. Only negative is that the top should have a latch or be designed so that makes it stay attached to the gel . Fiddly to handle while riding at speed
Well tasting! I like the lighter consistency compared to some other gels that are too sticky & no problems with digestion.
So far hard to tell reg. recovery and energy effects.
Tried with pre 2 long distance 20+K runs and pre 2 short runs.
