Bix Big 40 Caffeine Energy Gel innehåller 40 g kolhydrater, 200 mg natrium och 75 mg naturligt koffein per gel – betydligt mer bränsle och en meningsfull koffeindos i en enda portion. Ett förhållande på 1:0,8 glukos till fruktos använder dubbla kolhydrattransportvägar för förbättrat upptag vid hög intensitet, tillsammans med en koffeindos avpassad för användning mitt under tävling. HOW TO USE?

Take 1–2 gels per hour, depending on the duration and intensity of your activity. Stay hydrated throughout your exercise. Do not exceed 3mg of caffeine per kg of body weight per day.

WHEN TO USE?

During training or racing. Best used mid-race or during hard efforts lasting over 60 minutes where both sustained carbohydrate intake and mental focus are critical.
