    Product Specific

    • Use 60 minutes before training and racing to pre-fuel sessions lasting 90 minutes or more.
    • Use to fuel during training and races lasting 90 minutes or more.
    • Add one sachet drink mix to 500ml water and shake well until the powder completely dissolves.

     General

    • High-performance fueling is personal, however on average aim to fuel between 50-90g of carbohydrate an hour (every 20-25 minutes as a base guide) for moderate to intense sessions lasting over 60 minutes.
    • For training and racing over 90 minutes, fuel with carbohydrates within 25 minutes of starting.
    • Drink to thirst to stay hydrated.
